Hospital, Botad, receives 'BASE HOSPITAL' status
In
recognition of the, service provided by the BAPS-operated T.M. Vadodara
hospital in Botad, the state government conferred upon it the status
of 'Base hospital'. The hospital serves over 300 villages in an
area covering 100 km. It is equipped with many of the medical facilities
available in major cities. The following departments are run by
the hospital : surgical, medical, orthopaedic, paediatric, ENT and
dental. The hospital also has an ICCU. This contest recognition
reveal the high esteem in which the hospital is held.
