                From 16 April to 22 
                  May 2003, in Gujarat and other states, 76 Satsang Shibirs were 
                  held in 29 locations based on the above message from Pramukh 
                  Swami Maharaj. Held in groups of 7 at the various venues, 41,988 
                  male and female devotees aged between 25 and 55 participated 
                  in these shibirs. In each 2-day shibir, 17 hours of spiritual 
                  guidance was imparted by senior and learned sadhus to the devotees. 
                  In all, over 80 sadhus contributed by delivering speeches and 
                  answering questions on a variety of spiritual and practical 
                  topics. In each shibir, devotees were guided on the importance 
                  and necessity of daily ghar sabha, satsang reading, arti, observance 
                  of satsang niyams, personal daily puja, singing of chestha and 
                  discrimination in watching TV.
                During the shibir, 
                  discussion sessions were held to re-inforce and clarify the 
                  guidance given by the sadhus.
                On the morning of 
                  the second day, a collective personal puja session was held 
                  to guide devotees on the correct procedure.
                The shibirs were appreciated 
                  by all, inspiring devotees to strengthen their footing in satsang.
