On 11 and 12 October 2003, over 550 senior karyakars, both men and women, throughout India participated in a special adhiveshan, designed to further their knowledge of satsang traditions and beliefs.

Memorizing of verses for daily worship was compulsory for entry. Also, bonus marks were awarded to the karyakars based on the Satsang Examinations level they had passed.

The three main competitions were:

Nirupan - explanations of selected Vachanamruts and Swamini Vato
Gnanvardhak Prashnottari - written and oral tests based on a predetermined syllabus.
Netrutvakala - written and oral tests on leadership, management and situation skills required while performing satsang duties.

The performances of the karyakars reflected the efforts they had put in to prepare for this adhiveshan.
