Catering for girls
living in the tribal areas of northeast India, BAPS has built
a girl's hostel comprising of six rooms, kitchen, dining hall,
prayer hall, bathrooms, etc. Kanya Chhatrawas run by Uttar
Purbanchal Janjati Seva Samity at Haflong in Assam was inaugurated
on 21 March 2004 and will provide residence for girls studying
up to standard 10.
