Around 400 people attended the special assembly at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir to commemorate the birthday of Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj. The evening assembly from 6.30 to 8.30 pm featured speeches, bhajans and a traditional dance.
The previous day, on Tuesday 23 May 2006, a quiz based on the 'Yogi Gita' was held between the Yuvak Mandal and Vadil Mandal in the evening assembly.
