On 11 and 12 March 2006, a satsang shibir was held at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir and Cultural Complex, Auckland, based on the theme 'Akshardham nu Bhaatu'.

The shibir theme was elaborated upon through speeches by sadhus, audio-visual presentations, and group discussions and activities. The topic covered included: Gun-grahak Drashti, Personal Daily Satsang, Upasana, Pramukh Swami Maharaj's Seva Bhakti, and others.

Over 125 devotees attended the shibir, which provided excellent guidance on how to progress spiritually.
