Friday 23 April 2004 - Arrival in London
Warm
spring sunshine illuminated the decorated stairs of the Neasden
temple as a crescendo of voices and fountains of emotions welcomed
Swamishri after four long years. The fresh, healthy figure of
Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj ignited warmth in all the
devotees as, with folded hands, he turned towards each corner
and offered his divine darshan, quenching the thirst of the
patient devotees. Performing darshan of the murtis in the marble
halls of the Mandir, Swamishri arrived inside the magnificently
decorated haveli and offered a few divine words praising the
devotion and patience of UK Satsang Mandal.

24 April 2004 - Grand Welcome
An
entertaining katha was narrated by Ghanshyamcharan Swami after
Swamishri’s morning walk before a tightly packed haveli
audience of 2000 enjoyed the darshan of Swamishri’s morning
puja. The evening Swagat Sabha was conducted by Viveksagar Swami,
extolling the astounding achievements of Swamishri in the last
four years. A spectacular dance by balaks and kishores was performed
to the delight of Swamishri, who then blessed the assembly by
emphasising the importance of devotion throughout our careers
and lives, urging everyone to become attached towards God and
to the Satpurush who is present on this earth for the sole purpose
of our salvation.
