Hundreds of karyakars from all the Mandirs and Centres across the UK gathered at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Neasden, London on Sunday 17 February 2008 for the National Satsang Prasar and Management Karyakar Conference.

The Conference was held to outline the forthcoming projects and initiatives to be undertaken by BAPS in the UK and Europe in 2008-2009. The day was broken down into auditorium and break-out sessions.

The auditorium sessions included small sketches, interview panels, group discussions, training and inspiring presentations. The Conference concentrated on personal development and improvement of inter-personal skills. The smaller group activities and exercises within various departments and mandals focused on improving communication, emphasising commitment and priority setting.
