Hundreds join in Walkathon for US Relief Fund

Walkers participated in the 4th annual “Family Walk for Family
Values” organized by the youth volunteers of BAPS Shree Swaminarayan
Mandir. Senior members of the Bartlett Fire Department and various
dignitaries inaugurated the Family Walk. Held at the popular
Swaminarayan Haveli, the Family Walk was filled with national
fervor as all the proceeds from this year's Walkathon will be
donated to the BAPS Care International – U.S. Relief Fund. This
fund is dedicated to help the families of the rescue workers
and victims of terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Toddlers
to seniors - walkers of all ages enjoyed the trek through streets
and fields.
