With the inspiration and blessings of His Divine Holiness Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj a magnificent Mandir was inaugurated on September 29, 2002, within a period of less than two months after acquisition. This new mandir is an existing 66,000 sq. ft. building located on 11 acres land in the Township of Cherry Hill. The mandir hall is 10,000 sq. ft. It was tireless efforts of our Kishore and Yuvak Mandal in the remodeling of this office/industrial building and transforming into a beautiful Mandir.
Sadguru Pujya Mahant Swami performed the Murti Pratistha of Shree Akshar Purushottam Maharaj, Shree Radha Krishna, Shree Ram Sita, Shree Shanker Parvati, Shree Ganpataji, Shree Hunmaji and Guruparampara. Five thousand worshippers arrived throughout the day to pray, chant and take mahaprasad in celebrating the opening of the new Mandir.
After the Mahapuja and Murti Pratistha Pujya Mahant Swami blessed the Sabha assembly. Pujya Swamibapa’s ashirvad were also done by video Darshan.
Gracing the occasion were Honorable US Congressman Robert E. Andrews, Honorable Mayor elect, Bernie Platt of Cherry Hill Township.
