Hon. Subbirami Reddy, Dr. Surinder Malhotra and Dr. Gaddam Reddy attended a special gathering of a few hundred people to welcome Hon. Member of Rajya Sabha, Govt. of India.

Dr. T.S. Reddy (Subbirami Reddy) is the All India Congress Committee General Secretary. He is a disciple of Lord Shiva and a follower of Vedanta. Politically he is a strong Congressman, and was an advisor to the Prime Minister of India. As an artist he produced spiritual movies such as Swami Vivekananda and Bhagwat Gita.

He was welcomed by Pujya Amrutcharit Swami and Pujya Munitilak Swami who described the activities of His Divine Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj and those of BAPS. Dr. Reddy stated how he applauded the achievements of Swamishri in maintaining spirituality and preserving our culture, and also those of the Indian community at large.
