The Edison BAPS Mandir hosted the annual
Satsang Shibir this year titled “Shish Samarpiye so so Vaar”
which was attended by devotees. Through the grace of Param
Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj, the group was blessed with
two santos from India, Pujya Jnanpriya Swami and Pujya Priyavrat
Swami, who coordinated their efforts with resident saints.
There were enlightening speeches ranging in topics from “Chaar Aani Satsang” up to “Soal Aani Satsang” and also the often incomprehensible trials and tribulations of Brahmswaroop Shastriji Maharaj were targeted at increasing satsang in the bodies, minds, senses, and souls of all who attended.
Workshops helped to develop "Atmiyata" between members of different regions as they openly discussed topics such as Satsang Reading and Gharsabha. Various multi-media programs helped the attendees focus on the upcoming/ongoing projects throughout the United States. The multimedia presentations were amusing and very much relaxing.
Devotees from the Edison, Clifton, Jersey City, Atlantic City, Cherry Hill, and up-state New York mandals gathered to enjoy this three-day jam-packed shibir and all walked away with a deeper and more meaningful understanding of our Satsang.
