Right after Pramukh Swami Maharaj's morning pooja, devotees from Chicago creatively invited Swamishri, saints, and devotees from everywhere to join in the grand opening of the shikarbaddh mandir in Chicago in August. Swamishri was in an extremely divine and joyous mood and praised the many years of hard, selfless service devotees had put into the creation of such an incredible masterpiece.
In the evening, a special program was arranged for parents to address the issues created by the increasing generation gap between parents and their children. A drama provided everyone with an illustration of these issues, such as unnecessary arguing, adults' double standard, and the inability to understand each other.
In his blessings, Swamishri offered a resolution to these issues saying that we must make the environment in our homes pure by developing tolerance and humility.
