Swamishri: Constant practice. Total concentration cannot be achieved
overnight. Slowly it develops. Because we are so engrossed in business
and social affairs we experience difficulty in applying our mind,
but with practice and Sant samagam our focus becomes sharpened.

What is dhyan?

Swamishri: To contemplate the greatness of God. To think about His
importance and His creation. To realise that the same God who is
inherent in all things, is also within.

How should one chant (japa) God’s name?
|
|
Swamishri: We should remember God’s name with every breath
we take. To achieve that we chant His name (do japa).
