Each
person struggles through
live. For some the trials are
overpowering, for others a bored
status quo prevails,and
for a minority mountains are
pounded to dust in
the search for meaning and joy.
Within the invisible depths of
each soul there is a yearning.
A need to know Why?.
Why do we live?,
Why do we experience problems?,
Why are we travellers on the
journey of life?.
In the search for answers to
their uncertainties many turn to
the God-realised Saint.

How can we develop perfect nirvikalpa nischay?
|
|
Swamishri : By developing intense affection and oneness with the
Satpurush we automatically reach such a state. Apart from that,
there is no need for any other endeavour.
|
|
When do we develop such affection?
|
|
Swamishri : If we can realise that only he can lead us to redemption,
that he is the all-doer who inspires us in all our activities, that
he is the giver of moksha, then we will automatically develop a
strong bond with him. Our selfishness' for the Satpurush also
helps. Just as we love our family because we know that only they
will give us food and clothing, if we can realise that only the
Satpurush will give us redemption, then because of our selfishness'
we build deep attachment to him.
As long as we consider ourselves to be the body, there will always
be a distance between the Satpurush and ourselves. But if we can
believe him to be our true form, then instantly we become one with
him.
However, it will take time to remove our age-old perception of being
the body. So in the meantime just keep on doing Satsang.
