    • 4 May 2003 (V.S. 2059, Vaishakh sud 3) Sunday, Rajkot
      In the evening assembly, the Sargam Club of Rajkot organized a program to honor Swamishri. Fifty-four distinguished organizations in Rajkot honored Swamishri as a torchbearer of Indian culture. The State Finance Minister Shri Vajubhai Vala and Central Minister for Human Resources Shri Vallabhbhai Kathiriya spoke glowingly of Swamishri's divine personality. A citation of honor was presented to Swamishri. Finally, Swamishri addressed the assembly of 7,000 devotees and well-wishers.
       
    • 11 May 2003 (V.S. 2059, Vaishakh sud 10) Sunday, Junagadh
      In the evening satsang assembly, the Collector and Municipal Commissioner of Junagadh Shri Pathak felicitated Swamishri with a citation of honor.
      Spiritual Endeavors :

    To please Bhagwan Swaminarayan and Guru Pramukh Swami Maharaj children, youths and senior devotees perform austerities, pilgrimages or other devotional means. The spiritual endeavors performed by the devotees during Swamishri's visit to the local centers are congratulatory and worthy of recognition. It also reflects Swamishri's divinity for inspiring such spiritual efforts in children, teenagers and devotees.

    29 April 2003, Rajkot:

    • 233 women devotees fasted for 83 hours to please Swamishri.

    7 May 2003, Bhadra:

    • 105 women devotees of Jamnagar had fasted for Swamishri's continuing good health.
    • 32 men and women devotees of Khijadiya village, 11 devotees from Bareja and 15 devotees from Laiyara village had pilgrimaged by foot to Bhadra.
