Children & Teenager's Convention, Sydney

From 21-24 January 2001, a convention was held at the BAPS Mandir in Sydney for local children and teenagers. The theme of the 4-day convention was "Towards Better living."
During the four days, presentations on the following topics were delivered: BAPS & Its activities, Understanding Hinduism, Shriji Maharaj and theSwaminarayan Faith, Non-Violence and Vegetarianism, Becoming a Genius, Importance of Education, Character Development, Personal Development and Significance of the Guru Parampara.
In addition, there were cultural and recreational sessions.
Overall, the youngsters found the convention to be enjoyable and highly educational.
