BAPS kishores and kishoris from Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania convened at the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Nairobi, for a three day spiritual camp from 25 to 27 August 2006. The camp was themed on "Swami Jivan Mangal Thajo...", touching upon the necessity of language, clothes, food and bhajan as important elements to consolidate personal satsang and culture.

One hundred and thirty kishores and 90 kishoris participated in the three-day shibir. The speeches by BAPS sadhus impressed and recharged the youths. Before concluding the shibir youths expressed their gratitude and pledges towards upgrading their satsang and attachment for Swamishri.
