A special assembly was held on Wednesday 11 March 2009 at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Dar-es-Salaam from 6:45 pm to 8:30 pm to celebrate the birthday of Brahmaswarup Bhagatji Maharaj. Over 400 devotees attended the celebration in which speeches and bhajans honoring Brahmaswarup Bhagatji Maharaj were presented.
