Devotees in the Midwest region
expressed their love and devotion for Swamishri on Guru Bhakti
Din. Starting early in the morning with a special kirtan program
during Swamishri's puja, saints sang the glory of Swamishri's
virtues and told the story of his exceptional life.
Similarly, saints started off
the evening assembly with another kirtan aradhana extolling
the greatness of the guru. Swamishri performed pujan and aarti
of the golden murti of Shri Nilkanth Varni, after which a
mantra pushpanjali was offered. A special Suvarna Tula Mahotsav
was organized on this day, wherein the murtis of Shri Nilkanth
Varni and Shri Harikrishna Maharaj were weighed against gold
by hundreds of devotees.
Prior to this, Swamishri blessed
the assembly, praising the seva of all devotees. He said it
was because of their exceptional seva and their strong faith
that helped built the beautiful Mandir in Chicago.
