The Height of Opposition

The rise in Swamishri's greatness fuelled the fires of opposition. Many of his enemies made plans to kill him. Soon the devotees got scent of these diabolic schemes. And hence, leading devotees as well as Krishnaji Ada rushed to Swamishri insisting that he leave Vadtal forever. But Swami Yagnapurushdas refused. So the devotees requested Acharya Laxmiprasad to permit Swamishri to tour the villages. When this proposal was not heeded, the devotees pressured Swamishri to secede. And eventually, he reluctantly agreed to leave Vadtal.
