Swamishri attended a special volunteer's assembly in the morning.
After Swamishri's arrival at 10.30 a.m. the volunteers collectively
welcomed him by chanting the 'Shanti Path' and singing 'Aj mare
orde re ...' The volunteers performed a quiz "Attainment
of Akshardham". Thereafter they enacted a drama 'Commando'
showing the discipline and sacrifice of BAPS volunteers. Finally
Swamishri blessed the assembly.

- At 10.50 a.m.
Swamishri arrived at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir (hari-mandir)
in the suburb of Malvani. Swamishri performed the pujan
and arti and blessed the assembly.
- At 12.10 p.m.
Swamishri arrived at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir (hari-mandir)
in the suburb of Miraroad. After performing pujan and arti
Swamishri blessed the assembly.
- At 5.45 p.m. Swamishri arrived
at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir (hari-mandir) in the suburb
of Vasai. After performing pujan and arti rituals Swamishri
blessed the assembly.

(V.S. 2060, Chaitra vad 7) Sunday, Nagpur
At 9.30 a.m. Swamishri arrived to inaugurate the newly built
section to the Swaminarayan English Medium School catering to
students from grade 1 to 7. After performing the pujan of the
entrance door, Swamishri inaugurated the school. Thereafter
Swamishri performed the murti-pratishtha of Shri Akshar Purushottam
Maharaj and Guru Parampara at the mandir in the school prayer
hall. Thereafter Swamishri blessed the assembly, "There
is a great need for education today. The more the availability
of education the more peace there will be in our country. An
illiterate person cannot think or work properly. Education provides
progress so there should be efforts to augment educational services.
Here we have constructed a school with all facilities so that
children can study properly. They will receive value-based education
that will prepare a virtuous society..."

(V.S. 2060, Chaitra vad 8) Monday, Nagpur
To cater to students of higher secondary level from grade 8
to 12, the BAPS has planned to build an educational complex
on the outskirts of Nagpur city. Swamishri performed the bhumi-pujan
rituals by sprinkling kum kum, rice grains and flowers amidst
Vedic chantings. Thereafter Swamishri sanctified the land by
sprinkling flowers.

- At 10.00 a.m.
Swamishri embarked upon an observation tour of the ongoing
construction work at Akshardham. Swamishri also performed
pujan of the dwarshakh (frame of main entrance door of monument)
and said prayers for the successful completion of complex.
- During the evening
satsang assemblies , Pujya Viveksagar Swami delivered lectures
on the Shrimad Bhagwat and thereafter Swamishri blessed
the assembly.
