Surat is a major city of Gujarat and headquarters of the district. The chhatralaya was inaugurated by Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj on June 3, 1991. The hostel was established with 25 room accomodating 50 students.

Date: As per college year.
Procedure: Admission form and personal interview.
Only college students are admitted.

Accomodation
APC Surat comprises 64 rooms to accommodate 192 students. Students are provided pure, hygienic wholesome vegetarian hot food everyday. Stationery and general stores have been set up on campus for the students' convenience.

There is an attached playground with provision for cricket, badminton, etc. Facilities for indoor sports are also available.

Activities
Educational guidance and tuition is provided to enable students to improve their standard. Debates, sports and quiz programs are held at periodic intervals. Social projects, such as, de-addiction campaigns, tree-planting, disaster relief work are also carried out.
