Regular vocational guidance, as well as employment help, to the needy is provided at our centers worldwide. During holiday periods the Sanstha organizes special seminars and conventions with practical workshops where students receive guidance on topics ranging from education to career planning to health and care.

In 1997, 1,500 selected students attended the 8 regional "Student Conventions" in which they received guidance on how to combine education and spirituality in their daily lives, and maximise their potential in life. The students vowed determinedly to steer clear of all forms of addictions and focus their minds on achieving their study goals.
