channel will telecast live the 80th Janma Jayanti Mahotsav of
HDH Pramukh Swami Maharaj of Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam
Swaminarayan Sanstha. The telecast will be on 4th December,
2000 from Anand between 4.45 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. The telecast
will be received in 77 countries of the world. It will cover
spiritual discourses, colorful dances, music and other exciting
and inspiring audio-visual presentations.
At
present the Gurjari channel is telecasting glimpses on the life
and work of Pramukh Swami Maharaj everyday at 7.30 a.m. and
6.00 p.m. The director of the program is Shri Jitu Sompura,
manager of the channel's religious and cultural program.
