8 January 2002: Holy Dip in the
River Ghela
After the yagna rituals,
Swamishri and over 400 sadhus went by the banks of the river Ghela.
Through the resolve and efforts of Swamishri and Government officials
the dirty water in the ghats of river Ghela were dredged and refilled
with clean water. Here, Swamishri first bathed Thakorji with the waters
of the river Ghela and then had the ceremonial dip. Swamishri blessed
the senior sadhus by sprinkling the holy waters and the senior sadhus
in turn offered an abhishek to Swamishri. The entire event thrilled
everyone with the divine darshan of Swamishri bathing Thakorji and himself.
Thereafter, at the behest of Swamishri all the sadhus bathed in the
sanctified water and the devotees bathed in the evening.
